ONCAP transactions encompass a wide variety of situations including minority and control ownership positions in privately owned businesses, non-core divisions of larger organizations and publicly traded companies. ONCAP will also provide equity capital to businesses to facilitate the execution of strategic acquisition and organic growth initiatives. In partnership with management, we design flexible and creative transaction structures that best position a business for long-term and sustainable growth.

Strategy
ONCAP invests in small and mid-sized North American businesses that offer the opportunity to create significant growth in shareholder value over the long term through either minority or control ownership positions. Typically, these companies have an enterprise value of between $50 and $500 million.
